Excellent work and customer service. They repaired our 15 year old recliner sofa on site and rehabbed the back cushion pillow forms on 2 chairs. They are both like new. Becker Furniture repair refinished a small folding service table that had been ruined by an alleged furniture repair here in Boerne. I am very pleased with Becker Furniture repair work. The table looks brand new. Several months earlier they accomplished repair/refinish on several other pieces of furniture and I wrote a 5 star endorsement then. They do outstanding repair/refinish of wood furniture.

I arrived at their business as broken as my barstool 7 August 2019. Great, friendly customer service from Jennifer. She ran a very efficient front office as well as coordinate with (and I can only speculate) the mysterious wood elves behind a closed curtain. Either that or the great OZ himself. At any rate, she was very kind to let me know they were working on a huge project ahead of mine and would give it the same attention and detail. That being said, they gave me a completion date of around 3 weeks. Fast forward six (6) days later and I get a phone call from the ever helpful Jennifer to come grab my new(ly) fixed barstool. Looks and works like brand new. Holds all 200lbs+ of me like a champ. Exceeded my expectations. Next time your in a fueled rage and break something watching your team get trounced, pack it up and head their way. I did.

My captains chair and 2 small wood folding tables had been ruined by a totally incompetent alleged furniture refinish business here in Boerne. I brought the items to Becker Furniture Repair where they spent many hours of hand work to completely remove a thick coating of an awful and unknown ugly finish that had been applied to the furniture. Then Becker refinished the 3 items to perfectly match my wood desk. It is early American style furniture. Becker did 5 STAR work. Our Ashley counches are not old, but the seam in the cushion had come un-sewn where the stuffing had begun to come out; Becker Furniture Repair came to our home to sew the area back together and you cannot even tell it was ever apart. Also, the decorative stitching on the bottom part where your leg would go also started to come unraveled, but they fixed that as well. Their work is precise and impeccable. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with Becker Furniture Repair. I called on a Thursday, wanting my sofa, loveseat and chair to be cleaned before my surprise party that I was having for my husbands 50th birthday. I was given an appointment time and Mr. Becker arrived on time, and did a wonderful job on my living room furniture. I recently moved from one house to another and in doing so the movers had accidentally damaged my dining room table. The owner of the Moving Company had me call Becker's furniture repair to have the table repaired. I couldn't take time off during the week to meet them but they were kind enough to come over my house on a weekend and fix the table. It was a pretty ugly scratch on the underside. Not only were they kind enough to come on a weekend but they were so courteous, very professional, very friendly, easy to work with and not only that but they made my table look brand-new. If you have any furniture that needs repair, I wouldn't hesitate to call this company in a heartbeat. Very reliable and superb professionalism.

Matthew was very prompt, considerate and very respectful of my needs and what I needed done. He stayed in touch with me and called in plenty of time as to stick to the time I asked him to be here to pick up my furniture and bring it back. He did a wonderful job and I am very pleased!! I would call him again in the future. The only thing I did ask of him was to please cover my furniture with plastic, and he did ! He is a very respectful man and wants to please his customer to the fullest extent!! He goes out of his way to please his customer!!! I recommend him 100% !!!
